I have lived here almost one year and absolutely love the location. I can walk downtown and can also get on the highway to get out of Wilmington very quickly.

I coordinated moving into City Block apartments from across the country...The property managers were very helpful, friendly and made it super easy! Very nice apartments with huge hallways. Amazing views and located in a great spot. Move here!

Perfect Location in downtown Wilmington, NC. Ride my bike everywhere given the convenience. Neighbors are great. interiors of the apartments include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. They are roomy and have great storage. Recommend this apartment to all my friends and new recruits in the area!
